BUSINESS MODEL

FIBREX Medical Inc. will concentrate on preclinical and clinical development of its products, its key strengths. The company is operating in a very lean structure and outsourcing all development activities to meticulously screened Contract Research Centers. FIBREX will drive product development until the proof-of-concept in phase II clinical trials. The products will be licensed to major pharmaceutical or biotechnological companies at this point.

To complement the current pipeline, FIBREX is looking to in-license product candidates with a strategic fit. Product candidates attractive for FIBREX are cardiovascular or anti-inflammatory drugs in late preclinical or early clinical state of development.

Research activities for profiling of product candidates will be done with the help of FIBREX' international scientific network.
